of North Los Angeles County

When we started the club, there was no place for real estate
investors to meet, learn and share. After all, real estate
investors speak a different language than any other real
estate professional. We have different challenges than a
typical home buyer or even a licensed agent. Investors care
about the numbers, not the color of the tile in the
bathroom!

We are in the Antelope Valley. This is a different and
unique real estate market than anywhere else in Southern
California. The AV can be a great place to invest – but you
have to know what you’re doing up here. You can also make
some costly mistakes if you don’t know the market.

At REINLAC meetings you will find investors who have no
experience, but have a passion to learn and to become
successful in real estate investing. You are just as likely
to find investors who have done dozens of transactions. All
share a few things in common: They are passionate about real
estate. They recognize that today’s real estate market holds
tremendous opportunities for those who know how to navigate
the many challenges. They know that sharing knowledge and
resources with other investors can multiply their successes,
compared to investing in a vacuum.

This real estate investors association was created with the purpose of Empowering the Investor of North LA County Through Shared Knowledge, Instruction and Shared Resources.

We hold monthly meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Meetings start at 6:30 pm and go until 9:00. Location:
