- Jane Sherman – “Rehabbing for BIG Profits” - Jane and her crew are actively doing Rehab Transactions in today’s market. Jane knows the rehabbing business inside and out. An investor for over 20 years and has completed well over 50 Rehabs!
- Donald Pelgrim & Michael Hallin – “Hard Money – AKA Fast & Versatile Cash” - These guys will shed some light on ways to use hard money to help you flip properties. Wilshire Finance Partners is their company, and they’ve been catering to real estate investors in SoCal for the past 3 years. (They want to work with more investors in the Antelope Valley!)
