The presentation by Ronald Jones and Ralph Demaio of Cal Counties Title was excellent!
They gave the REINLAC members in attendance a data-filled presentation, which included:
- Access to their powerful online tool: REI Source
- 1 hour of instructions on how investors can use this tool to find more deals
- Ideas for fliers that members can use for attracting motivated sellers
- Other marketing ideas that members can use to boost their real estate investing careers.
Members in attendance kept Ron and Ralph busy with many questions.

Also covered at the meeting:
- We welcomed two new members to the group. Each got a REINLAC Quick Start Kit as a gift.
- We are looking for a new home. We want to find a room that is less expensive than the one at the Holiday Inn. The HI has been very good to us, but we feel it’s time to find a more suitable site.
- Members expressed strong interest in future topics of discussion, namely:
- Real Estate Attorney
- PrePaid Legal
- Flipping Properties
- OK members! We hear you. We will get busy and come up with meaningful presentations on those topics in the next few months.
- We welcome any ideas, thoughts, suggestions and criticisms, so we may make this club into something that actually helps investors be more successful in their real estate investments.
